Bad Servicing and Deactivation of Airtel Prepaid MNP Sim Card.

Location/place: Kankavali, Dist: Sindhudurg. Maharashtra.

Sir, I am Nandan Salgaonkar and My Airtel Prepaid No. is +917276391073. Sir I had PORT IN this no. from Vodafone Prepaid to Airtel Prepaid. This Sim Card was registered on My Mother’s name: Geeta Gajanan Salgaonkar. But after PORT IN in AIRTEL PREPAID , it was registered on other’s name. When I called to Airtel Customer Care then I found that it had registered on name: ‘Suhasini Madhukar Kadam’.This was bad and fraud service to me. After this, I was using this SIM CARD regularly but before 5 days,Sim Card indications was” SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILT”. When I enquire about it to AIRTEL Customer Care then they didnot give response properly. My SIM Card is deactivate now. SIR, Please solve my Registration and Activation Problem.
