Angry Vodafine bad customer service
Vodafone had deducted my 32 balance from my mobile saying that that’s the auto renewal policy as and when i already recharged for the STD offer.
When i called up customer service they made me run around the bushes saying that the amount will be credited with in 24 hrs or EOD. And when i tried to call them after 2 days to know the status they said that they will credit the amount i agreed, i called them again on the third day and they said that the amount will not be credited and they blocked my number from calling up customer service.
Iam really disappointed with the service i got from Vodafone even having their number for 6 years.
