Name of company/service: Micromax Mobiles
I had bought a dual SIM mobile – Micromax Bling – on 11.7.2011 in Sangeetha, Jayanagar 4th Block which is having a problem of “Insert SIM” from 3 months after purchase.
I went to AUthorised Micromax Service Centre 5 to 7 times but still i am not getting any solution even the mobile is under warranty.
The service centre is keeping the mobile for 2 to 3 weeks but return it back without any change or solution.
I insisted to replace the piece but they are not accepting and their exercise to solve the problem continues.
