I bought MTS internet serivce (Post paid connection) and also paid for the device. However the device never worked. Later on after repeated follow ups replacement device was provided, however this also never worked. Hence I discontinued with the services, surrendered the device and also filled the cancellation form. It has been one month since then, there is no confirmation of cancellation and MTS guys are regularly calling up to pay up the bill. Post which it will be cancelled. Every couple of days get message also saying that ‘you have used 75% of your credit limit or 80% of your credit limit’. This is totally fraud.
