Name of company/service: Sony Ericsson/SG INFOTECH
I had submitted my phone in SG INFOTECH on 29th june and was said that my phone will get repaired by 2 weeks becasue it was having motherboard problem.Soi waited and called them on the 14th day and they said it will take more time.A month passed and on 27th july when i called the sony customer care they took my work order no which is SE31240613815 and when i checked on the website www.sein.servicetrack.in it showed my phone had been deliverd to me on 19th july 2012 which is false and i was so upset so the manager of SG INFOTECH called me and said me that the phone is ready but the phone vibrator is not working so use the phone on temporarary basis they said that my IMEI number will change.Tell me how can i trust its my phone because the IMEI no has changed and when a new motherboard had been replaced but still having problems which is really very sad and not done.When contacted Sony Ericsson customer care they said my new workorder no is SE31240614417 which the SG INFOTECH service centre did’nt give me.
The manager Mr.Vijay has no manners to how to speak to a customer.Vey rude person he speaks in a very bad way with customers please take some action against SG INFOTECH which is in BORIVAILI WEST,

Please help me and fight against sony for a phone replacement for me please treat this case as a very needy case i will be very thankfull to you if you fight with me and bring me on the victory side.
Please fight with Sony ericsson head branch for ma issues and give me a phone replacement or a sony token so i can buy a new phone of that range.
