MEMORANDUM OF COMPLAINT UNDER S.12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986

The complaint begs to submit as under:

1. That the address of the complaint for the purposes of court notices for :

a. Wrong commitment by customer executive and vendor regarding Tata Indicom number: 08067136843 a/c: 907874250 for good service

b. They barred the outgoing call and internet for 08067136843 , a/c 907874250, In spite of request of good service in our apartment

Complain Details:

1. I complain on 2nd may-2012 (complain number 307781) and discussed with Tata Indicom representative and customer care regarding poor service, I requested to customer care to provide good service with respective bandwidth.

2. Tata Indicom barred the outgoing call and internet(due to not payment) for 080-67136843 after several mail that please provide the good service without interruption

3. I am working from home, Internet is very much important for me, I miss the meeting as well very important customer call due to bad service couple of times that is mention in mail.

4.I found there service is very poor and disconnecting every hour for few seconds.

5.Tata Indicom sending the person to my door for collecting the money, this is mentally harassment to me.

6.I am staying in Alpine Eco, residential Apartment as owner, There are 800 apartments. We want to change the vendor but due to legal term by builder and Tata Indicom, you can’t change the vendor, its means we are slave of Tata Indicom in case of choosing service provider, so please allow the different ISP for good completion and good service.

7.Tata Indicom charging more for Internet with less bandwidth compare to different Internet Service provider who is providing good service with maximum bandwidth

8.I am attaching the several mails regarding bad service of Tata Indicom as well as tataindicom term and condition with Alpine ECO.

Competition Commission of India that works as an anti-monopoly watchdog in India. Tata is doing monopoly in Alpine Eco.

9.I want 10,000/rs compensation for wrong commitment and mentally harassment every day by Tata Indicom Customer care as well there representing coming to my door to collect the money.
