We, at Hitech Engg., bought Carrier make cassette split AC unit through KOOLEX AIRCONDITIONERS on 22nd Aug’11 wide INVOICE NO. 189.
As we bought it end of the summer, we could not use it that time much, but as we have started using it in this summer, it was giving regularly technical problem.
we have complained to maker’s customer care. Although, they have sent their engineer to repair it but the unit is still giving problem and now nobody is listening our complaints and giving excuses.
As the unit is installed in our office so all our staff is suffering.
We request you to carry our voice to the concern department and let them know our constrain.
