I have opted Broad Band Service from Tikona Digital Networks. my user id is : 1106674801 registered at Tikona.
I have been getting very Bad Service from company regarding to speed. and if I call to customer care, they don’t respond correctly. i have recorder the calls if required, I could present those calls.
also it was told to me that I’ll get Max bill 1299 and now I have charged in last month more than 1500.
ans when I called to customer care he didn’t responded correctly. and at last he told me that I can’t give you service as my working HRS are finished.
