I am a frequent user of TataDocomo since last more than 2year, but m facing a problem that whenever some one trying to call me without putting 0 before my mobile no (7208373766) immediately call has been got disconnected, but when he try to call me after putting 0 before my mobile no ( 07208373766 ) then he is able to call me. Now it become to a big problem for me to tell everyone that when you try to call me put the 0 before my no as like STD calls.
I have call to customer care more than 3 times regarding this issue and wasted lost of time to tell them what I am facing but there is no proper response, even they are not ready to register the complaint. Every time whenever I have called to Customer care got the response server is down, Please talk to my seniors and bla bla bla… and then after IVR and IVR but there is no Senior.
I am contacting to you for early response with solution because I haven’t got the solution from Customer Care Team (They all are Time Pass), but if I will not get solution then I have only one choice to switch over other’s network via MNP.
