my mother was sold a faulty necklace at sohum dibrugarh.it was a gold plated necklace but the necklace was partly whitish.when we went for replacement they refused and when i threatened of consumer forum they started blaming us.they started behaving very rudely and badly.they used slang language.when i said something in resistance they stated pushing me and were about to beat me up.that’s against consumer policies.so kindly look into the matter as soon as possible as others might also be duped by them.i request that some action must be taken as soon as possible
