Name of company/service: M/S ORTEL COMMUNICATIONS PVT LTD
Its been more than 2 year am an existing customer with ortel communication.However since last 5 months i was facing internet slow down issue.The speed which was assured during the connection has never been achieved.Recently i upgraded my connection to unlimited as my usage on internet is more thus it shows a clear picture that how badly i depend on internet.In this important phase of time the connection is really slow for which i ve become mentally harassed and lost.Adding to this the customer service by ortel is the poorest service as ever.the agent at customer service desk does not have an idea how to deal a customer or to resolve their queries.
I became bound to write to consumer court and if this issue is not resolved then i will stop using this services.
