BAD HANDSET AND IRRESPONSIBLE EMPLOYERS AT NOKIA CARE

I BOUGHT A NOKIA X1-01 MOBILE IN NOVEMBER,2011. THE MOBILE WORKED FINE BUT ON 7TH AUGUST I FOUND OUT THAT THE POWER COULD NOT BE ON. ON THE VERY SAME DAY I WENT TO THE NOKIA CARE AND TOLD ABOUT MY PROBLEM AND THEY SAID THAT IT COMES UNDER WARRANTY SO I AGREED TO REPAIR IT. THE VERY NEXT DAY THEY CALLED ME AND SAID THAT THE MOBILE HAS BEEN DAMAGED DUE TO A FALL AND IT REQUIRES RS 550 AND IT WONT BE COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. TO MY KNOWLEDGE THE MOBILE WAS HANDLED WITH CARE AND IT HAD NOT FALLEN DOWN. THEY SAID THAT THE LCD SCREEN HAD TO BE REPLACED AND I SAID OK. I WENT TO THE NOKIA CARE 4TIMES AND EACH TIME I WENT THEY ASKED FOR ANOTHER TIME TO COME. IT WENT ON FOR 3 DAYS AND FINALLY THEY SAID IT CAN’T BE REPAIRED. I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY IT TOOK THEM SO LONG TO SAY THAT AND THEY SAID IT CAN’T BE REPLACED TOO. I WANT THE MOBILE TO BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS IT COMES UNDER WARRANTY AND I AM VERY MUCH DISPLEASED WITH THE SERVICES OF NOKIA CARE AND ITS PRODUCTS BECAUSE I NEVER THOUGHT IT TO LAST ONLY FOR 10 MONTHS. IF NOTHING IS DONE SOON I WILL BE FORCED TO FILE A CASE AGAINST NOKIA IN THE CONSUMER COURT. DO REPLY SOON.
