I am facing the problem of slow internet from last two months. I have had lodged complains not less than 10 times about the same problem but the problem still persist. I tried talking to customer service representatives, I tried talking to nodal officer of our area but all my efforts were in vain as no one answered my call. My mtnl broadband connection is almost 3 to 4 years older yet I have not received a new modem till now. Whenever I asked for it the officials said that modems are out of stock. I could not find this reason satisfactory as MTNL is a government organization and our government is rich enough. request you to please look into this matter.
