I got a new connection of tikona digital networks. they promised to give good service in terms of speed and surfing, however I can browse all other site expect for my commercial website. it opens everywhere else but not in my pc. the engineer who came to install the internet connection made some problems in my system and also the customer support service is very bad. none of the customer support representatives are giving a satisfying answers while all were giving misleading information. I am dependent on my commercial website for my living while these guys are trying to thieve me. they have blocked my IP address of my commercial website without informing me.
I have already made the payment the engineer who came to my place for installation was fake and illiterate who made changes in my pc. becaue of them I am facing a lot of problems. Kindly help!!!
