I am Ravindra.R.Kadam.
I am owner of TVS Apache rtr 180.
6 months ago i serviced my bike in Shinde TVS,Karad(Maharashtra).
When the problem persists to my bike that time my bike is in warranty period of 2 year and 28000Km.
But they dont give me the warranty and also they repaired my bike in paid service and they changed some engine parts like crank , block , head assy., piston and also magnet assy.
They give me the 6 months warranty on these parts.
After 2 months same problem persists and i get my bike to the showroom,they repaired my bike in warranty .
after that same problem persists at same period of 2 months.
It’s repeated 2 times after that.
Thats mean they dont give me better service from service centre everytime they ask me for changing various type parts which are not problematic and get money from me.
lastly i get my bike to the Pore’s TVS,Sangli(Maharashtra)on 1-June-2012 but right now i dont have get my bike yet.
So i need help or i want to complaint in consumer court on TVS Motors.
