I am a home-maker & user of Kutchina Sleek model.I got the machine on 03.02.2008 form (invoice Number 21978).I am extremely satistied with the product as also the salesmanship of your marketing team.I have been enjoying Paid Servicing of my chimney from 2009 March.
Much to my surprise i had a dreadful experience in booking my service call tomorrow(12.06.12) at 3.50pm.
I was asked my customer code/product code/mobile number.I do not have the first two mentioned on my invoice & to my despair my cell number too was not registered in their database though the invoice clearly mentions the same.
The exe. went to the extent of saying”Mam,I regret your service call cannot be booked if you donot provide me with the aforesaid details”She was extremely rude & not at all courteous in her behaviour in handling a customer call.Later, on quoting my invoice number she booked my service call on request & told a service engineer will be sent within 7 working days.
What i felt shocked was the fact —
1.How can a company which boasts to be a household name in kitchen chimney segment turn their back completely when the question of servicing comes.All other consumer durable companies takes a max of 24-36 hrs for the servicing.
2.How can such a dubious software be generated & a customer be harrassed for the same.
I suggest you look into the service part immediately & take immedate actions otherwise your referral system will break down thereby affecting sales figures as well because sales service should go hand in hand.
