Award of prize to me for winning Tyauharon Ki Saugat Challenge of Idea Cellular

Respected Sir/Madam,

With due respect, I wish to state that I am Kusum Maurya. I am user of Idea and my mobile No. is 9795928432. I have played “Tyauharon Ki Saugat Challenge” organized by Idea in the month of November, 2012 and I HAVE BEEN DECLARED WINNER. The SMS what I have received from Idea Cellular (IE-612345) on 30.11.2012 is as follows:

“Priya Grahak, Idea Tyauharon ki saugat challenge khelne keliye dhanyawad. Aap jeet gaye hain ek Alto Car., Adhik Jankari keliye Idea agent apko call karenge” – SMS was received at 18:33 hrs

But, few minutes later I received 03 more SMSs from same number, which are as follows:

1- “Kirpya Alto car sambandhit sms agar aaya hai to woh galat hai.” SMS was received at 18:46 hrs

2- “Priya Grahak, yadi aap ke pass Uphar sambandhit sms aaya hai to woh galat hai. Usko ignore karien. Asuvidha ke liye khed hai” SMS was received at 19:02 hrs

3- “Priya Grahak, Alto car sambandhit sms agar aaya hai to woh galat hai. Usko ignore karien.” SMS was received at 19:07 hrs

After receiving these SMSs, two times I tried to contact customer care executive on 12345 but my call was on hold. Finally, 3rd time my call was picked up & I discussed the matter. The executive informed me that “due to some technical problem it was happened, if you are winner, you will be informed later”. I asked to executive that there must be a policy to select the winner or what is the procedure for choosing the winner of the contest? And, if once the name or number of the winner is declared and intimated then how it can be withdrawn but he failed to give positive reply. On my request, he gave me a contact No.9889188200 and Email – [email protected] of Appellate Authority – Mr. Manish Ranjan. Thereafter, I called on this No. 6-7 times (approx.) but my call was not attended whereas other calls were being picked up because when I was dialing his number, he was busy with other call.

As I understand, the Idea is one of the most popular mobile phone company and they cannot change the decision.

This is my humble request you that my request may kindly be considered and do justice with me so that i can get my prize. Waiting for your favourable action please.
