Dear Sir ,
I have already complained about the unwanted self activation of Horoscope pack from 53300 . I didnt use this SIM for nearly 3 months and there was a complaint that Docomo Activates that pack AUTOMATICALLY . I never asked or contacted Docomo for activation of these packs . Till this date i have complained the same Issue for 3 times . And now if i call the customer care , they never accept my call . The automated response service says ” All our customer care agents are busy . For more information mail us at [email protected] . Thank you” . I have tried this customer care service for ‘n’ number of times and yet it says the same message. Please help us in refunding the amount . Thank you .
