Automatic balance deduction

Sir/Madam,
On 08/08/2012 I had recharged my Reliance-GSM mobile with Rs.55 & Rs.111/- on +918101856712. After sometime in the evening I noticed that about Rs.20/- has been deducted from the balance and each time when I inquired the balance, the balance showed continuous decrease by 50 paisa to Rs1,2,3…Then I contacted the customer care where they totally ignored the problem & didn’t cooperate at all with me. Now I have to switched off my mobile so as to prevent the deduction of balance.
I, therefore, request the higher authority to solve the problem & refund my balance as soon as possible.
