    I have booked 2BHK flat Amber 401 with Indya estate THE GREENS in 2013 and register the document and another document was ragister where builder agreed to pay pre emi till possession. From May 2016, he had stopped paying pre emi. Pl take appropriate action against builder. Possession is also delayed by 3 years.
