Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a owner of a restaurant in a DLF property, which is managed by them and through their management partner JLL.
Due to their complete disregard for law and due process, they have allowed themselves to conduct acts of harassment without any fear of legal action.
They have let out the entire parking space of the mall to a large MNC and hence has not allowed mall customers space to park, this is also visible in the service lane and entrance of the mall where the same practice is maintained. The lifts of the mall are most of the time un-operational due to various breakdowns which impacts customer behavior and deters them from coming to the 3rd floor where our restaurant is situated. all this and many more has impacted my business direly and am now in losses of over Rs.35 lacs, besides my investment which is another Rs.85 lacs. I would humbly request you and your office to kindly take action and make large bully builders like DLF pay the penalty for their atrocities.
