Hello this is Capt. Dony Jose from delhi. I had used my SBI ATM card to withdraw money from HDFC bank ATM at Bhikaji Cama Place in Delhi on 23rd July 2011.The transaction was timed out but the money was deducted from the account i.e Rs 20,020/-. My account no. is 30406885615 and it is at SBI,Vazhakulam Branch in Kerala.Although i have registered a complaint with the SBI customer care i would like to have a speedy action on the problem.
