I am SATYA NARAYAN, My account is with BANK OF INDIA, Ac.no.601910110005409 and
Card no:-5264956019062499.Firstly i tried to withdraw Amt. 5000 from PNB ATM, Badarpur, New Delhi on 16/09/2011. The ATM got Hangged & the screen became blank. Then i moved to another ATM near by that,Axis Bank ATM.I withdraw RS. 3500 on 16/09/2012. The Transaction got succeed, But when i saw my A/c balance ,the balance shown deduction of RS. 8500 from my
account but i had withdrawn just Rs. 3500. I claimed the concerned bank PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK through BANK BF INDIA but the PNB they replied your transaction for that Rs 5000 has got succeed from PNB. I filled a complain in Banking Ombudsman, in reply of that i got communication that you have withdrawn the amount. When i asked for the video Footage they replied that is the best we can do for you, you can proceed to some other forum.
All the communication with all concerend with this issue is below available.
Kindly help me in getting justice for the Amount i have lost with no good reason.
I hope you will consider my complaint and help me in this issue.
