Dear Team,
This is regarding my ATM transaction which actually deducted money from my account but never gave me any cash. Now the bank is not paying it back.
My complaint reference on HSBC india site is : 2180865774 .
They closed my complaint stating there is no issue from bank side.
As a customer I am surprised as to what am I supposed to do now. This can happen anytime to anyone. ATM’s would just keep eating our money and we cant do anything. Kindly help me for the same .
