on july 1st 2011 i had tried withdrawing Rs.3500/- from non SBI ATMs in the city due cash out problems in SBI atms. The ATM,s didnot dispense the cash. however my account had been debited thrice for the amount of Rs,3500/- , we middle class people are dependent on our monthly earnings to meet out payments. How on earth will this problem be solved when the bank is slow is giving a proper response. Consumer are always sufferers only.
