Ihad lost my ATM card of above saving account after lodging a complaint I applied for fresh new ATM card the same branch dealing clerk of ATMcard of SBI Parichha(6149) took more than one months period to process for new ATM card on 9/4/2010 I received new ATM card I tried for withdrawal money from same branch ATM Parichha but screen displayed your saving account not connected with your account please consult your branch after that I consulted to ATM dealing clerk he told me (aap ka account atm card se connect hojayega)I satisfied with this answer and I was under posting from parichha to Goa. CISF Unit MPT after riching Goa in the3rd week of April 2010. I applied through SBI MPT Goa to transfer my saving account and to connect the ATM card with my account ,teliphonic talk also made with Branch Maneger and I personly went from Goa to Parichha and requiest to transfer my account to MPT SBI Goa but the branch didn’t transfer my account nor connected ATM card to my account. I again inquire the matter in concernt SBI branch but all in vain.
again. I send FAX of all required document to parichha branch but disappointed by thier service.it is my sallery account and I told them my problems but they turned deef ear to my requiest.Through this consumer care forum. I reqire solution to my problem.
