Dear Vodafone Customer Care Forum,
I have spoken to your customer care on below date about my complaint. Complaint was after sending an activation request to activate blackberry Services and it got activated but never worked. There was an statement passed by your engineer that the problem is from Airtel side not from Vodafone, which is any way unacceptable to me. As if the service is offered by Vodafone than the problem should be form vodafone not from airtel.
So I requestd to send my the revised bill excluding the blackberry services and I will pay the amount, but nothing happened. They finally sotped talking to me about the payment and started negotiating the payment from my acpl office since the no is on ACPL name. After some time I suddenly received a bill some exclusion of from my total payment. But then they have added the monthly charges of My Vodafone bill, but the bill what they have raised for the phone was not working because they had bard the connection. And since vodafone has bard the connection I am not even liable to pay monthly rentel as the phone is not working.

Do get clear every little problems I have and I will clear your money. And if you are not able to clear it then no point sending the mails again and again. I am ready to meet your team in consumer forum.
