asking for more money by changing plan of shop size to double size .

Name of company/service: Dharmadev Infrastructure

Dear Sir,

My Compalint against the builder group called Dharmadev Infrastructure located at Shyamal Char Rasta , Satellite , Ahmedabad is that they have purchased land in Narol last year and have started booking shops and Flats at their scheme “Swaminarayan Park (1)” (NAROL HIGHWAY NO 8.)

Here they have booked my shop no.1,2,3 Ground Floor at Down Payment Price , after 5 months , they are refusing to give me other related documents relating to the shops booked.

And above that they have increased the shop size to almost double of the size to what they booked 5 months back … so according to their updated NEW Plan , they are demanding another 10 lakhs INR per shop.

Now how can an ordinary person afford to pay extra amount within next 3 to 4 months time.

If at all one is avble to pay then too why shouls one pay for what he is not promised to pay during the time of booking.

So how can a builder change the shop size double and demand more money.

I want justice to my case and I request you to please help me with my unneccessary harrassement by the builder since past 1 month.
