Asking for bill Payment

Location/place: PUNE

Name of company/service: Tikona

I Installed Tikona wi fi bro and payed the advance of one month as installation charge on approx 26 jan,
then now on june i have been tranfered to other locatation and contacted tikona for disconection on 17 june but don’t know how the request has been canceled and then i called again and asked for disconnection but they told there is no such request and they took another request on 29 jun,as i have been paying the adavnce of the connection i payed till 26 june and now they are again asking for advance beside this they are also having my one month advance with them which they are not willing to return. what should i do now?
