Complaint against DTH service provider YOU SCODE18
Dear Sir,
I am swapnil Pawane resident of bhandup(w) mumbai 400078.
I purchase You scode18 set top box and cable connection when you make set top box was compalsary to mumbai suberban area.
That time you scode18 tell me they can provide service in Rs.150/- per month and taken rs.1500/- for set top box.
after few days they increase monthly rental upto Rs. 250/- per month.
from last few days they stop providing service of sports channel and asked for extra Rs.30/- per month for sport channel.
Now fron Dec 2014 they asked more mony fro star netwoks channel.
Means Total rental hoes beyond Rs. 300/- per month and it was to high than other provider.
even they are not given all channel in the listed by your organization.
please take appropriate action against such an illegal thins.
