I M/S Prem Sai Travels , Prop ;B.Bhulakshmi, Vehicle Registration No : AP20 TA 8729, I have insured my vehicle in Reliance General Insurance Vide Ref (2). My vehicle was accident on 03-07-2012, at the time of accident I have register my clime Vide Ref (1) and with proper permission of the authorities I have shifted my vehicle to Radha Madhav Toyota Vijayawada.
Till to date i.e 17/07/2012, The Reliance General Insurance management are not issue work approval to do the work, and there are not lifting the phone also.
My vehicle is provided to private company on yearly bases. And my vehicle is financed by State Bank of Hyderabad, due to the negligence of Reliance General Insurance management I have arrange another vehicle to private company on daily rental bases now there are charging 2,500/Per day, till to day I have loss 35,000/- and my bank installment is 18,500/- and my regular driver salary is 7000/-Per month.
Therefore, I am requesting to the kind authorities may please be examine and
arrange work approval including loss of my money. Due to negligence of Reliance
General Insurance management as soon as possible.
