This is to bring to your notice that the designated meter readers have not read the meters as has been shown in the bill generated in the month June.
The meter reading shown by your meter readers is 797 as on 09 June, 2012,, whereas the actual meter reading as on the day mentioned is 1134. In other words i have been billed for 579 units, instead of for 916 units.
Now in the next reading, the meter reading will go up and i will fall in the very high tariff slab, which is not correct.
This does not happen with CESC billing.
You are requested to take action against the meter readers for improper and incorrect meter reading.
This is sheer calousness on the part of the meter readers who know that nobody would initiate any action against them.
I sincerely hope you will do the needful and acknowledge receipt of my mail like all other electricity service providers.
My earlier mails to you on the subject elucidated no response from you.
