Aquaguard Water purifier, model Sensa

Dear sir,
I have purchased Aquaguard water purifier, Model Sensa, It is under breakdown since last one and half month. I have complained to the company by mail and over phone on 1st july 2012. They have taken my machine for repair, after keeping such a long time today on 8.8.12 they returned the machine without repair.
Under this circumstances I request you to kindly take this matter with company. The machine is under warranty.
