Hi Bhawna,

Fantastic at last you understood my 6th mail to be precise where I have mentioned it clearly with the specific name (Vipin) that I asked him to visit my place next day, i.e. on 08’th of Aug 2012 but still he visited on the same day i.e. 7’th of Aug 2012….I don’t know why?

Now YOU are stating the same point again and this is simply Ridiculous!

Well let’s keep it short and simple, that I wanted to deactivate my no. 7838400707 but I understood that you guys are simply waste so at last I took the task in my hand and finished it yesterday FINALLY, without your cooperation and so called help.

So at last I took a calculated decision that I will not go further with your services and I want you all, whomsoever he or she is taking this responsibility to DEACTIVATE ALL MY VODAFONE NUMBERS right away, and if I get any bill for any payment I WILL TAKE YOU GUYS TO COURT as I HAVE all the payment details with me date wise, and MOST IMPORTANTLY THIS MAIL CHAIN to show how you guys treating with your customers and how we feel neglected with your services.

This proof will be sufficient to show your original face and I am going to forward this mail chain to the consumer forum too.

Note :- THIS IS MY LAST MAIL TO YOU ALL AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE FOR YOUR SERVICES FOR SURE IN MY WHOLE LIFE.

Ridhi :- PLEASE TAKE THIS MAIL ON A SERIOUS NOTE AND ON PRIORITY.

I am surprised to say that I am struggling for both the number in Activation (for 8860489900) and Deactivation (for 7838400707 from 1st Aug’12) with Vodafone customer care.

Also, no one is replying with resolution. Don’t know on which depth they are entering into.

Close the chapter of above now……..I don’t want to continue with Vodafone anymore. If in case I receive any bill for payment after happening all this nonsense then I will take a serious action.

Can anybody from you help me, earlier I was using the 7838400707 with the same address whose verification was OK last time. Now I purchase a connection of number 8860489900 after drafting the mail of deactivating the services of number 7838400707 (whose bill of 424.33 was paid with + of 100 Rs i.e. payment made is Rs 525).

Here the problem is : the person who came (name: vipin) for verifying the address and other information has put the remark of false documentation, due to which the services of 8860489900 has been barred, however yesterday before he came for verification he called me on my new number 8860489900 at between 12:00 pm-3:00 PM, in which I replied him to come on 08/07/12 as I was on half day leave yesterday (on 07/07/12), then why he went to my office for verification is a question.

One strange is here: There is no VMC@99 available for my current plan as mentioned below by the Vodafone care.

One great strange: I am mentioning again and again for deactivating the services of 7838400707 from 1st of Aug’12 as per the billing cycle. which is now been crossed and still it is not been deactivated. Now, here again should I am the one who will do this? who will going to face the issue of billing again? I am 100% sure I will receive again a bill for 7838400707 next month of around 150 Rs.

One big thing is that I got the automatic mail within a minute. However, get the resolution reply after I leave my office in evening (i.e. after 7:00 pm) though I marked the mail on every morning, it says that no one addressing the same.

This is now going to be an extortion. When I am saying that my bill generation date is 03/07/2012 as per the first attachment of my voda bill. Wherein the billing period is 03.06.12 (morning) to 02/07/2012 (midnight) which was applicable in all previous months as well. Then where it is written that the advance rental will be applicable from 1st of every month and why so. How come I aware of the same, I am following as per the billing period/cycle. And as per that I am right.

Also you guys are lying on saying that there is no attachment in the previous email I sent, here is the email attachment I am sending again.

Kindly do the needful on same. I am confirming for deactivating the 7838400707 services in my all email then why you guys are writing the generic statement again and again.

    Hi Sir/Madam, As you say above attached my email. This is really a issue created by the customer care of every telecom industry. They just going on creating money nothing else. The intentionally make the thing late to apply any kind of charge for next billing cycles in a tricky way to the customer and forced them to do action positive or negative.
    Request you to take a action against this and obliged me.
