APCPDCL online bill payment gives a loss of Rs.1031

Location/place: Hyderabad

Name of company/service: APCPDCL

I am Ashwin Kumar. I have paid my electricity bills from the online site www.apcentralpower.com on 15-7-2012. The transaction no.s are MSPG2772243989 & MSPG2772246607. My service no.s are AZ059696 & AZ059697.
Today, on 16-7-2012 when my grand father went to the APCPDCL bill payment they said that the bill wasn’t paid and that he has to pay it. So, he did as they told him to.
But I want to ask how come the computer showed us that the bill is not paid.
Now I am in a loss of a total of Rs.1031.
Now how should I reclaim my amount back when the mistake is APCPDCL’s.
I want strict action over the website management and ALSO WANT MY Rs.1031 back.

    Dear Ashwin

    1st you go to the APCPDCL office (where bill is paid) with TRANSACTION IDS. the management will solve you problem as soon as possible.
