i am aparna naranje get two wheeler loan from hdfc. i paid all installment by ecs. first 14 and 18th installment deducted by ecs but 15,16,17th installment not deducted due to some tecnical problem.but now hdfc demanding bonus charges for noc for vehicle.my hdfc loan no. 16173597. pls help me.
