maine sushant megapolis aastha pride mein ek 2bhk 1050 sqr.ft book karane ke liye 04/08/12 ko company ke manager se baat ki to manager ne mujhe flat ki total cost 22-2300 per sqr.fit ke according batayi maine uneh kaha ki aap total cost original booking ke hisaab se 21lac men dete hain to theek otherwise rehne dein. Manager ne meri baat mankar apne kisi asst. manager Tarun tiwari ko bheja. Tiwari ji ne bhi ghar aakar mujhe toatal cost 22-2300 ke according boli. maine uneh kahaki meri baat 21 lac ki hui hai ,agar aap deal karte ho to theek hai nahi to sorry to Mr. Tiwari ne mujhe kuchh govt.job basis par discount dekar 1831.5 per sq.fit ka rate diya aur deal done ho gayi maine Mr. Tiwari ko 125000 rs. ka 07/08/12 ka cheque de diya .lakin dated 08/08/12 ko Mr. Tiwari ne mujhe call karke kaha ki sir itne kam amount mein cheque nahi lag payega agar aap kuchh cash de dein to koshish ki ja sakti hai. Mujhe yeh sunkar bahut gussa aaya aur uneh mana kar diya.Asst. manager jo rate mujhe diya tha wo mere paas written mein hai aur sari phone conversation recorded hai.agar koi customer apni booking cansal karata hai to compant 20% amount cut karti hai aur jab Ansal Company ke Manager aur asst. maneger apni hi baat se mukar jate hain aur customer se dalali ki maang karte hain to koi niyam kanoon nahi.Ab aap hi batayein ki ye company totally fraud aur iske manager cheater hain ya nahi .friends es company par bilkul bhi bharosa mat kariye ye log raton raat apne aap rate revise karte rehte hain aur aam logon ko gumrah kar uneh loot te hai.Please ANSAL API SUSHANT MEGAPOLIS PAR BILKU BHI BHAROSA NA KAREIN YE COMPANY CHOR HAI .FRAUD HAI.

    Dear Investor,

    I totally agree with you. Ansal Megapolis/Shushant Megapolis is a fraud project.
    refer to http://ibnlive.in.com/news/govt-to-probe-sale-of-greater-noida-wetlands/222541-3.html. Ministry of Environment and forests has already declared this project illegal. Its a matte of time Ansal has to close this project and its an environmentally hazardous project.

    Best is to approach Delhi police and file a cheating case against Ansals as they have corporate office in Delhi.

    I have also been cheated by Ansals, I booked a plot in the year 2011 & visited Ansals office in Connaught Place & Pari Chownk but never attended properly. I have already instiated a case for refund in Consumer Court & registered FIR but failed to get any result.

    My family purchased 3 flats in 1999 for my widowed sister,old mother and myself at G tower Fairway apartment which has not even given permission to build.
    They are refusing to return the money.They don’t answer the calls or reply to my 10emails.I am exasperated as my poor widowed sister and old mother all savings are gone.They kept asking for instalments when the permission of building the G tower at Fairway building was not given.We are duped.Please help.It has been nearly 10 years and all our money and saving Is gone
    We thought with the Modi govt something will be done but nothing has happened

    I had booked a flat in Aastha pride in 2013 , During booking authority said that the project will be completed in next year and we will handover Passassion in 2015 but within one and half year they demanded the amount as per thier brochure and approximately one third amount they received by chance, After that I had get some news about dispute of project, I was afraid and contacted to company to clarify the matter, but unable to approached because all the contact numbers were non responded or does not exist, Overall I have been send several registered post to Main Delhi office to reback my money with interest, but after several written communication no response received yet,
    I think we should inform the incident to Respected CM of UP to intervane in this matter and refund our precious money with interest,
