Annoying me

I bought a jaipuri silk razai through television ads from naaptol. The product came with a 7 day replacement guarantee. On receiving the product, it was not as good as expected. I called them for replacement of the product but the rudely denied. On repeated calling they offered to give me a coupon voucher worth the product instead of the refund which i unwillingly accepted. They asked me to courier the product to their address and assured me that i would get back the courier charges in my bank account. It has been a month and not a single penny has been credited to my account. I have mailed them for more than 15 times. Each time they ask me to keep patience and the problem is left unresolved. Once i even threatened them to complain against them in consumer court. But there was no effect on them. I want some serious actions to be taken against naaptol.
