Dear Sir/ Medam,
I am M.Ganesh Gounder. My account has SBI Bank. I was request for issue chques book. but till date we have not received. my chques book has already in SBI Bank in Natrampalli branch code 14619. when I went to collect my chque book. branch manager insult me and do misbehave with me. he has not given chques book on till date. that day branch mgr also block my ATM. so I could not able withdraw money. I complain customercare of SBI. they given ticket number-CS146196852 dt on 17-11-2012. but on till date we have no any response from SBI Customer care kindly do action against Branch MGR SBI and kindly help to open block ATM and receive for Chque book. kindly do strictly action again concern BM.
