Amount remitted not showing in my account

I had transferred Rs 17900 ( SeventeenThousand nine hundred ) to your from My ICICI Bank Account..The transfers were on Dates 01/02/2018 Amount Rs 9000 ( Nine Thousand Only ) and on Date 15/02/2018 , Amount of Rs 8900 ( Rupees Eight Thousand Nine hundred only ) . Out of this Rs 8900 ( Eight thosandNine hundred ) has been credited into my account whereas Rs 9000
transferred on 15/02/2018 has not been credited into my account ..
