Location/place: Coimbatore

Name of company/service: Reliance GSM

Sir, When I re-chaged my mobile no.8695346040 on 16.04.13 has deducted a sum of Rs.10/- without any notice, previously Re.1/-, Rs.30/- and Rs.30/-. The said amount are returned back only after complaining to the customer care, but last deducted amount was not credited till now.

In future, please do not deduct any amount wihtout any valid reason, otherwise i have no alternative except to make compalint to cosumer forum for legal action.
