Dear Sir/Mam,

I am a customer of PNB Bank having a saving bank A/c No. 0108001500019287 (Sanket Kumar Singh) in Darbhanga Tower Branch, Bihar.

I was using Axis Bank ATM. Transaction get failed due to technical problem but my A/c had been debited by Rs. 10000.00 on 25-10-2012. I have not received any message regarding this transaction.

I informed customer care services who said that i will get sort out the issue within 7 days. I called up after 7 days and got information my transaction has been rejected. after that I complaint to (Preet Vihar) AXIS Bank for video footage. and he has provide unclear video. I called to regarding organisation. He told me that, CCTV was not working properly. At this time the ATM set has changed.

Please Do the need full process as soon as possible.
