Amount not refunded after cancellation

I ordered a leather jacket from Jabong.com on 25th January 2018 and on 26th June, I cancelled the same.
I was said to refuse the shipment. Further they started the Refund process and informed me that your refund is done. But I never got the amount. After quashing a lot of times, they are asking to contact Bank and on contacting Bank, they ask to contact the shopping site.
I am now a pendulum..
What to do ??
