Amount not Refunded by the portal after one month of order cancellation

Dear Sir,

We never knew that we will be cheated like this when we entered into a kind of contract with www.timtara.com to buy AKAI make 40″ LCD.

First they have broke the contract by not supplying in stipulated time of 30 Days and then they canceled the order on 3rd July against 30 May’12. Which is rediculas then we started personal visit & phone calls. We have made a record on which dates we have made calls, these dates are-19/07/12, 21/07/12, 23/07/12, 03/08/12, 06/08/12, 07/08/12. Every time they gave some excuses for not paying. We have left with no option but to approach you for pressurizing the supplier to reimburse the money and also confirm when they are going to do so. The amount involved is Rs. 26,000/=. A line of confirmation on the above subject of matter will be appreciated.
