amount not refund of Rs 7198

Dear sir/ ma’am.

This is to inform you that i have purchased a handset from naaptol order number (3566801) and amount paid on delivery Rs 7198 but handset was faulty after that i complaint about this to the concern department they told me to curier the same product to their service center and we will dispatch you good condition working new handset in 15 working days but after 15 days when i did not received the set i had word with them said that well we will refund your amount if rs 7198 in your bank account and i provided my account details to them but they did not transfer the amount in my account but its been 3 months amount has not been credited yet now i what i need to do if you could help me out so please do the needful.
