Name of company/service: MTNL- TRUMP

Dear Sir/Madam
i have taken sim of mtnl trump.i received a msg by no. 53737010 from mtnl on 7.06.12 it was written that you have been renewed weekly disc. pack. you have been charged rs 10 for 7 days. But i had not send them any request like this and they suddenly deducted Rs 10. from my A/c. it means that they are intentionally doing so.it has become their frequent work. Please take necessary action soon and amount should be reverted in my a/c. my contact no. is 9968900049.

    I got SMS from 53737010 saying you have been renewed disc package service and you will be charged Rs10 for 7 days. I donot know what type of service it is and i did not call MTNL to renew this type of service. Please take necessary action from my end. my mobile no 9868531569

    I have faced the same problem.
    I have requested customer care to 1- Stop further deduction
    2- revert the charges

    I have faced the same problem and have registered a complaint on 18th June. Request No : 18062012100531.
    The funny part is the CCE attending my call said since I might have open the first Message the service was activated. So you should not have opened it on first place…how absurd.Further it will take 25-30 days for reverting the money.First you are deducted Rs 10 every week for a service you don’t require/ asked for…and then taking 30 days to revert it. I feel like being cheated.

    I have faced the same problem two or more time and customer care did not take any action in this regard by excusing other exclusives like you do register your number on DND, which is already registered on my number, I dont know how these type service has been activated on our number without any request, it is cheat and fraud upon us. please stop that My A/c-Mobile No.9868532604

    I am loosing Rs.10 of my hard earned money every week with the same number, I didn’t request for any disc pack and I bet non of the consumer know, what this weekly disc pack is? My number is already registered in DND with full block option, it makes a direct case of cheating of consumers….

    I am also facing same problem in dolphin connection. From 12th july the money is being detected in interval of 7 days. I have not activated any disc pack service. They are doing it themselves. Earlier in last year they activated some song year and deducted 30nRs. Neither they deactivate service nor they refund the money. Please do the needful. My number is 9868492417.

    I am also getting charged or Disc pack .From June,2012 my all efforts have failed.Number of times I had tried cosumer care tel number.They asked me to wait for 90 secs,then 60 seconds ,then 50 second and son on at my cost.They will announce that I am in the middle and go on charging my telephone bill.If you are licky someone will pick up the teleephone and tell you that you will be connected to concerned person .Some ring will come and thereafter you will be disconnected.
    Disgusted with MTNL service.
