On 24 the November 2018 I had a tv multiconnection on same I’d and had paid amount RS. 950 + extra charges in cash
But same amount has been deducted from my account
Regarding the deduction of money had called customer care several times , it was told that amount will be refunded, in 24 hours but till date amount is not deposited in my account.
Also each time there after I had been told for recharge for low balance
It had spend my lot of time money and mental harrassment
So pls. Give justice
