I Have applied for flight ticket from mumbai to patna through goibibo.com, sites booking ref. no. is GOFLD078AC1339850864. After it Rs.17764 deducted from my account. But i not received any confirmatin regard my flight. i enquired about my booking then i found that ticket was not booked. i called to customer care then they ask me to wait for 5-10 minutes they will call back me on my registered mobile number. after 1/2 hour i not received any call. again i make a call and now they are replying that there is no tickets are available for such flight, and your payment will be refunded within 3-4 working days.
I just want to know that if ticket is not booked than how can they deduct such amount. after it why should i wait for refund for 3-4 days.
