i have applied for flight ticket from mumbai to patna through goibibo.com. sites booking ref. no. is GOFLD078AC1339850864. after application Rs.17762.00 deducted from my account. after it when i enquired about my booking ref. no. i found that ticket was not booked. i called to customer care then they ask me to wait for 5-10 minutes they will call back me on my registered mobile numer. after 1/2 hour i received no call. again i make a call and now they are replying that there is no ticket available for such flight, and your payment will be refunded with 3-4 working days.
if ticket is not booked than how can they dedcut such amount. after it why should i wait for refund for 3-4 days.
