amount deduct by vodafone wrongly

Dear Sir, on 08-06-2012 i recharge my no. 884242543 of rs. 16 of internet 125 mb pack at 7:30 am and my pack activated at 8:02am. i use the net on my mobile at 7:59 am and hardly surf 1 site due to slow speed in mobile but vodafone deduct my around 39 rs. for the same by saying that you use the lot of internet in 3 minutes. i talk with customer care and vodafone executive ,he gives me complaint no. 334487100 by saying that your amount is agin added to your account within 24 hrs but when i again call on 10th june they refuses to do so. plzz help me
